Product Description

Zirconium is extracted from beach sands (as is Titanium). It is a Group 4 metal which is available in a limited range of shapes and sizes. This Zirconium Target is reckoned in the market for high level of purity with maximum possible density and minimum grain sizes. It is widely used in the domain of semiconductors, physical vapor deposition as well as chemical vapor deposition (CVD) applications. It is also available for thin films in the form of mono block or bonded having configurations up to 820 mm.
